Hi Ladies,

I have attended this annual meeting for the past two years. I highly recommend that you attend! The entire evening is a healing session and a wonderful opportunity to bond with other women who have lost their Moms. If anyone wants to carpool from Chicago let me know. I can take four ladies in my car.

Please only RSVP "Yes" if you are attending, since this event is actually sponsored by another organization.

I will submit a list of names one week before the event. Again, please DO NOT RSVP YES unless you are attending! This community has allowed us to attend this event at no charge! You will not be able to change your RSVP after April 22. So, please show them that we appreciate their hosptiality.

I am requesting that everyone who has RSVP'd "YES" send me an e-mail ASAP with your full name and one form of contact information (phone or e-mail address). I will submit your name to the church. Again, if you change your mind about attending please change your RSVP to NO and let me know as well. It is imperative that if you say "YES" you actually show up so that you do not take a spot from someone else who wanted to attend.
