- I lost my Mom 6 years ago to breast cancer and am excited to meet with other women in the same position. My friends are great but it is so hard to understand unless you have been through it.
- Feel free to tell your favorite memory you have with your mother, any hobbies you think other members of the group might like, books you have read recently, and/or fun places you think we should have our meet-ups.

I read the Motherless Daughter book soon after my mom died and it helped me so much. I'm very excited that this group is here. I miss my mom so much and it will be nice to be around others who understand the significance of that loss.
