- Hi, my mom passed away 1.5yrs ago due to gastric cancer. I'm here to hopefully communicate with other Motherless Moms who know what I feel. People who still have their moms just don't get it. My 5yo will start crying because she misses her g-ma
- How has the loss of your mother impacted your own mothering style?

I think it's made me more attentive to my girls. I became a SAHM 2yrs ago, 6mos before my mom passed & I realized how important it is to be here for them now. Life is to short & very precious & the loss of my mom helped me see that.

Originally from Cicero, then Woodridge. Now I live in Orland Park with my Husband & 2 girls.
